Students are always welcome to send donation forms with a personal note requesting financial assistance from those in their networking circle (family, friends, health providers, community members, etc…).
Parent Booster participation: We are always looking for help! Email email@example.com with questions. Meetings are usually held at 7 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

State Leadership Conference (SLC):Riverside Hotel, Boise, April 15-17, 2020. Parent Info Meeting, Feb 4th, 6 pm.
International Leadership Conference (ILC): Houston, Texas, June 24-27, 2020. Parent Info Meeting, April 21, 6 pm.
HOSA Membership Requirements:
The HOSA Registration form, Code of Conduct, and Medical Liability Release forms found in the MMACHS HOSA Handbook, must be signed by parent/student and returned to Mr. Gaudet no later than Nov. 21st, 2019, along with dues payment.
Click on Event List 2020 and circle your two event choices on this form (one from each column). Turn in to Mr. Gaudet by December 19, 2019.
MMACHS HOSA members are required to earn 350 points (through HOSA participation) and have 20 signed study hours, in addition to no more than 1 WIP grade, to be eligible for State Leadership Conference (SLC) Participation.
